I specialize in leading elementary school faculties of 25+ teachers, fostering inclusive, student-centered environments driven by innovation and data-informed decision-making. Over the last decade, I have focused on team empowerment and creating cohesive programs that balance innovation with sustainable systems.I have experience with strategic initiatives such as enhancing student agency through data analysis and implementing innovative academic programs. At VERSO International School, I led a faculty of 28+ during its startup phase, navigating remote learning challenges and introducing competency-based reporting systems. As Elementary School Principal at Nishimachi International School, I guided K-5 teams in literacy reforms, policy updates, and proactive student interventions.
