ABOUT MIHIR PRAJAPATI

With a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and a postgraduate degree in Health Care Administration/Management in progress, I am a versatile and passionate professional who strives to apply my knowledge and skills in various domains of health care and science. As a consultant at Epistemic AI, I am developing a database to accelerate biomedical research with AI and NLP, by researching and entering drugs that are undergoing clinical trials and creating a Drug Map that connects drugs and chemicals to targets and indications. I use my expertise in data analysis, management, and reporting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the database and to provide detailed data on interactions that enable in silico analysis for drug discovery and development.As a tutor at Varsity Tutors, I work with students to develop their skills and clear their fundamental concepts in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, and Pharmacology, and to facilitate active learning and evaluation. I enjoy sharing my passion for science and helping students achieve their academic goals and aspirations.As a pharmacy assistant at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC, I process patients’ medical conditions, written prescriptions, requests for refills, and verify patient information. I also assist pharmacists by filling out prescriptions for a number of customers daily and responding to patients’ questions regarding prescriptions, medications, and diseases. I coordinate with insurance representatives to process claims and calculate correct co-pay information for patients. I follow the ICH-GCP guidelines and the Standard First Aid, CPR and AED protocols to ensure the safety and quality of the pharmacy services.My interests lie in exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the collection, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trial data. I have gained hands-on experience in various clinical research projects as a clinical data analyst at CBCC Global Research and as an internship trainee at Tuton Pharmaceuticals, where I used EDC systems, SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Office to develop innovative solutions that optimize study outcomes and help advance the field of clinical research.Overall, I am a dedicated and results-driven professional who is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise in health care, science, and data.
