About Mihir Patki

Starting my career as a Project Engineer, I gained valuable experience in residential and commercial construction projects. During my Bachelor\'s, I contributed to a UHPC infrastructure project, where I helped design and cast high-performance concrete girders for major national transportation projects. This was a key part of my hands-on learning, introducing me to innovative materials and advanced construction techniques. Later, I co-founded Patki Infra LLP, where I led initiatives to integrate construction equipment into the real estate sector, focusing on sustainable growth and strategic market penetration in Tier II cities. In parallel, I gained valuable experience in facilities management as well. As a Facilities Engineer Intern at Lowes Foods, I contributed to operational efficiency by assisting with life cycle costing, asset management, and developing key KPI metrics. My work at UNC Charlotte’s Facilities Management Department further strengthened my ability to optimize asset management, improve Revit/BIM models, and contribute to long-term facilities strategies. I completed my Masters in Construction and Facilities Engineering at UNC Charlotte, where I specialized in project management, lifecycle cost analysis, and facilities strategy. I\'m passionate about applying my knowledge to create sustainable, long-term solutions for the built environment.
