Leading Panoli Site for Digital tool implementation (i.e. Aspen Process Explore,SEEQ, PI Vision, Ekhosoft Solution, PI System explorer)Creats dashboards for various use cases like time cycle optimization, OEE improvement,in Batch as well as Continuous assets.Tracking real time OEE of all bottleneck stages through Ekhosoft Solution.Utilized SEEQ software in monitoring critical process parameters on hourly as well as daily as needed,It also having function of color code indication.Validation of Asset and Event Framework for finalization of actual maximum demonstrated capacity (MDC).Training to the team for how to use this tools and its benefits.I also received yellow belt certificate in SEEQ with one project of transfer manaul data entry to online automatic data generation.Currently undergoing training of Advance Process Control (APC) with Yellow Belt Certification.Moving ahead will explore Advance Analytics (AA) mainly for cost saving through providing new soft sensor for example.Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Course will be starts in May 2025.
