   Overseeing the purchase, setup, and commissioning of the 3D Concrete Printer.• Researching and visiting manufacturers, workshops, and construction sites across India and abroad (as required) to study and learn 3D printing technology.• Designing and building a prototype for a 3D printed house including planning, print file creation (G-code), and field implementation.• Coordinating with structural engineers, and consultants to ensure design compliance and structural integrity in 3D printed structures.• Preparing and presenting progress reports, project documentation, and technical papers for internal teams and external stakeholders.• Assisting in filing patents, innovation reports, or documentation related to material inventions like Mud Concrete.• Participating in exhibitions, demonstrations, or tech events to showcase the 3D printed housing model and technology advancement.• Collaborating with R&D teams to develop a new material, namely Mud Concrete, suitable for 3D printing.• Conducting lab and field tests on standard concrete and mud concrete, and preparing technical analyses and reports.• Performing machine performance analysis, G-code simulations, and mechanical stress testing of printed components.• Managing on-site work during construction using 3D printing, including execution, troubleshooting, and reporting.• Leading all future 3D printed projects, whether in military, hospitality, residential, or commercial sectors.• Relocating to project sites as per the roadmap and project requirements. Includes travel across globally, as well as temporary stays at remote locations.
