It’s one of the pioneers of modern Indian cuisine, and I’ve had the honour to learn and grow under Chef Manish Mehrotra, who has been a mentor and great influence on my cooking journey.At Indian Accent, I’ve developed a strong understanding of modern Indian cuisine, focusing on how to bring traditional flavours together with new ideas and presentation. I\'ve learned to work with precision in a fine-dining setup, where attention to detail and consistency matter the most.Along with that, I also have a strong hand in regional Indian cooking – from Punjabi to Awadhi, coastal to South Indian – and I’m well-trained in tandoor work, including meats, breads, marinades, and live tandoor service.
