About Mihika Jalisatgi
I am the Founder & President of Malachite Nonprofit, a youth-led organization driving progress on the UNSDGs. Since 2023, we’ve impacted students through campaigns on renewable energy, water conservation, gender equality, mental health, and sustainability, organized a food drive supporting 200 children, collected 75+ kg of recyclable paper, planted 100+ trees, and raised ₹40,750 for social impact.I am also the Co-founder of The Merida Initiative, a self-defence and awareness program empowering 150+ government-school students weekly through martial arts training and digital outreach, and I head Project Ignite, which provides academic tutoring and life-skills education to underprivileged children.Outside my nonprofit work, I am a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, with Gold and Silver medals from the Karnataka State Championship 2023.
