ABOUT MIHAIL STOENESCU
As the Global Head of Commercial Finance at Vodafone, I oversee the financial performance of Group Consumer unit. I have been with Vodafone for 15 years, working in various roles and entities across the UK, Hungary, and Romania, and gaining a unique blend of finance and commercial experience.I am an ACCA member with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. I have led several high-profile projects, such as coordinating the financial appraisals for the Strategy Board, managing divestment of companies, running cost efficiency programs, driving new reporting requirements to support the Commercial Strategy, managing the investor communications and more recently a Group Transformation programme. I have built relationships with senior leaders across VF Group and Local markets, supported and challenged them to deliver on ambitious financial targets. I am passionate about driving change, finding more efficient and profitable ways of operating, leading and motivating high-performing teams. My goal is to leverage my finance and commercial expertise to create value for the Company and its customers.
