Ensuring that products are displayed according to company\'s guidelines, promotional activities and seasonal trends- Working together with the store team towards constant improvement and making H&M the most loved design group in the world- Driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience- Assisting the Store Manager with group interviews to recruit new members of staff. 02/2022 - current, Sustainability Ambassador, store 862, Eastleigh. 05/2023 - our store was selected as a Store of the Week, WK23, MAY- HEM competition, with great Conversion results. 15 - 21 May, 2023 - received a Mental Health Awareness Week recognition, selected as a Winner of Area 6. Written an article about Mental Health Awareness and featured on the H&M Hub. 02/09/22 - our store was selected as a Winner of the Recycling and Waste Management Project showing creative efforts towards bigger and better sustainable future. Our Sustainability board and creative suggestions were featured on the H&M Hub, Dare- and -Share weekly updates. 08/08/22 - 12/08/22, joined the H&M Expansion Team as a Visual Merchandiser at the refit of the H&M store, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex. Assisted with swapping the Kids and the Mens floors, implemented new A/W wall systems and secured department rematches.

ABOUT MIHAELA PRICE
Mihaela Price is an Award -winning sustainable fashion designer with international training and work experience from UK, the USA and Bulgaria. The designer is inspired by the beauty of nature and the desire to create something original by finding the unique balance between colour, shape and texture. Mihaela upcycles materials and often uses stock that would otherwise be destine for landfills. Finding a creative solution to the problem of textile waste is the main purpose of her work. The inspiration behind her pieces also comes from every day experiences and the strive to be innovative. The designer attempts to answer the question of whether upcycled fashion can clean up waste, create original styles and provide sustainable alternatives to high-street clothing.
