As Product Manager with a proven track record in managing and growing products, I have experience leading product strategy and execution from ideation to launch, as well as driving product adoption and growth.At Adverity:I manage a portfolio of up to three products and steer their strategic development. Key successes include- Seamlessly migrating 100+ B2B customers from legacy systems without churn, paving the way for a harmonized product strategy and freeing up development capacity for future innovation- Defined and delivered a brand new feature set on a redesigned architecture that now serves as the core foundation for all upcoming product initiatives- Overseeing various product managers and development teams to ensure clear accountability, rapid implementation and continuous value creation- Coordinating the product vision and roadmap with R&D, cross-functional departments and C-level to ensure cohesive, company-wide adoption- Work closely with technical architects on technical strategies and design decisions to create a unified vision that empowers all teams to work from a common architectural blueprintAt Bitmovin:I was responsible for the growth and developer experience of our video infrastructure product. I drove a major restructuring of the go‑to‑market strategy, established new key partnerships (e.g. Microsoft Azure), and successfully launched a brand‑new product. I also- Created an outcome‑based strategic roadmap for developer‑focused initiatives- Defined and implemented new metrics to rigorously track feature adoption- Built our developer community platform from scratch- Managed a Product Hunt launch that landed us in the Top 10 Products of the DayIn my previous role at Tricentis:I managed several products in the portfolio and grew both revenue and usage, positioning us in new market segments. I succeeded in bringing a newly developed product to customers and increased usage so much that it became one of our top 3 most‑used engines. I also led our cloud transformation—building an entirely new, cloud‑native testing platform—while acting as a Technical Platform PM. I created the strategic roadmap for the platform, developed the technical roadmap alongside lead engineers and defined the go‑to‑market strategy.I am passionate about creating products that make a positive impact and have deep experience leading cross‑functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
