As a Recruitment Manager within the FleX Resourcing Department at PwC Canada, I strictly offer contracting opportunities not employment, for both functional and technical independently-registered incorporated Canadian business consultants; Aside from recruiting for senior Information Technology and Information Management consultants, I also offer a core competency in placing SAP professionals. My goal is to leverage my network of ERP/SAP Consultants which are representative of our Firm\'s expertise and brand to fulfill contracting opportunities nationwide, within both the Public and Private client accounts; The FleX Resourcing Program is marketplace driven to include the enablement of PwC’s continuous focus to compete in strategic Private Sector, as well as Federal, Provincial and Municipal Government procurement and contracting demands. FleX doesn\'t only serve as a recruiting engine, we act as an internal to PwC contract resource management business provider, which also includes business development support for C&D\'s contracting needs. Aside from supporting recruitment initiatives, I am a recruiting lead for a variety of SAP Project Contracts, for our high profile Canadian Federal Government client departments including the Department of National Defence (DND), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC / PWGSC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC / HRSDC) and Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS), as well as, BC Hydro, Hydro Ontario, among others.
