I am a mechanical engineer performing structural analysis for spacecrafts. Most duties are to perform vibration analysis for structures and calculation of accelerations on sub-systems so they can survive the launch environment. I have been in charge of developing the analysis and test objectives for the Modal Test of a spacecraft structure and an instrument for Global Precipitation Measurement Project.
