Implemented new processes to allow for cadets to complete adds and drops to their registrations for the first time using the Registrar\'s Information System- Worked with the IS Branch and the Associate Registrar on key programming and role access enhancements to the Registrar\'s Information System (RegIS) to allow cadets to complete semester pre-registrations for the first time at the Academy. This was the second phase of the cadet self-registration initiative- In collaboration with the Provost\'s Council and the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, designed, documented, and implemented the first add/drop period run directly through the Registrar\'s Office at the Academy. This was the first phase of the cadet self-registration initiative- Independently and proactively created benchmark institution reports to support the acquisition of the catalog, curriculum management, and academy-wide room scheduling software packages- Developed, designed, and implemented several policy statements and institutional forms to reflect the Academic Division\'s reorganization and new academic approval responsibilities- Liaised with the IS Branch and the Associate Registrar to update and create new access roles for the newly appointed Deans and Program Chairs- In collaboration with the IS Branch, developed and implemented the viewing of the proposed semester class schedule using a test version of the Registrar\'s Information System (RegIS) for Program Chairs and Department Heads to see projected course offerings and the impact on the projected enrollment needs of each course- Developed, documented, and maintained all the standard operating procedures for the Registrar\'s Office in a new manual for all staff regardless of position and responsibility in the office.
