ABOUT MIGUEL MERRY DEL VAL FIGUEROA

I am currently part of the Cross Border team in Cushman & Wakefield UK. We support our retailer clients with their real estate needs across borders. We cover high streets, shopping centres and factory outlets. We advise on all aspects of retail real estate, including but not limited to location strategy, reporting, sourcing of site opportunities, site inspections, market tours, deal negotiation, lease disposals, renewals and subletting. We are often travelling and we aim to maintain strong local market contacts in all of our main markets, amongst the brokerage, landlord and retailer communities. Graduated from the University of Kent in the UK with a degree in International Business and year in industry. After more than two years working for Newmark UK, I found my passion for retail.I consider myself an adaptable, optimistic and big picture thinker. Maintaining a balance in the professional environment between my colleagues, creating a pleasant and productive working space for all.
