By developing and applying key performance indicators (KPIs), I provide strategic insights and drive accountability across the maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture.In my role on the SLT, I contribute to the broader leadership of the plant, ensuring that maintenance efforts not only support immediate operational needs but also align with the plant’s growth and sustainability objectives.
