ABOUT MIGLE KUNIGENAITE

Migle has over 15 years of experience in the corporate governance and company secretarial field gained through working with some largest multinational corporations and top brands on coordinating their complex global corporate legal compliance, subsidiary governance and cross-functional projects (eg, post M&A integrations, entity rationalizations) as well as setting up and mapping tailored service delivery frameworks, building and managing teams. Additionally, she has vast knowledge of subsidiary governance requirements and cultural business differences worldwide (EMEA, Americas, APAC) and is knowledgeable in accounting, payroll and VAT processes. Migle has entrepreneurial, service-minded, results orientated attitude that leads to challenging the status quo, developing operational excellence, expanding the standards. Her special interests are: process setup and optimization, operational efficiencies, digital transformation, change management, project management, contract management. She is ambitious, keen to learn and trying to be the best in everything she does. Migle has most recently completed the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme at the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGI/ICSA qualification). She also holds a Masters (LLM) in International and European Union Law from University of Bristol (Russell Group) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
