Decathlon is set to enhance its Digital User Experience by introducing a new tool that allows users to customize products directly, aligning with our zero stock policy. This innovative system comprises a web app built with Next.js for a seamless, fast interface, GraphQL for optimized data queries, Shopify for robust e-commerce backend capabilities, and Java for secure, feature-flagged backend logic. My tasks : Built a team (5 developers, PO, QA) from scratch and set weekly targets for each teammate based on their experience, skills, and personal goals. Built GCP Cloud infrastructure, set up Cloudflare, GitHub, coding environment (VSCode), logging, authentication, tracking, and layouts. Created and updated the C4 Model and project Wiki. Proposed scenarios and challenged UX design proposals- Pushed releases and coordinated pen tests with an external provider.
