To oversee brand management to ensure sales goals are obtained and objectives are reached for Japanese supplier brands.• Oversee brand management for multiple Japanese suppliers.• Understand and balance supplier objectives with Winebow priorities for the US Market.• Procure samples of new vintages for PR Department and market executions.• Collect information on brands to ensure successful rollout of products.• Collaborate with marketing department to create rollout package.• Execute introduction of brand or vintage of specific products to the sales force when appropriate.• Monitor brand performance to include sale trends, tracking depletions and points of distribution.• Communicate with wineries regarding market conditions and their sales trends (depletion reports) with approval of supervisor.• Prepare market work opportunities for supplier representatives in collaboration with Winebow market visit personnel.• Work with Import Contract and Pricing Department to secure item pricing and promotional support through contract process.• Assist Compliance Department to obtain final label approval for all items and to ensure proper registration in NA markets.• Initiate, track and finalize bill backs (debit memos) for promotional events, programming, trips, prizes, etc.(any expense that is supplier supported). Send signed/approved final Debit Memo with back up documentation to Accounts Payable for processing. • Communicate with Purchasing Department regarding trends, opportunity spot sales, and vintage changes, suggest orders and par levels.• Budget for programming, trip incentives, etc. with the resources of the suppliers, outside agencies and the individual manager.• Work with National and Wholesale marketing departments to define and implement incentive programs.
