Hi! I\'m Midori, it\'s great to meet you! I work in digital marketing as a senior associate strategist at C+K. I run paid social advertising for high-profile retail and non-profit clients. I\'m a natural leader, a resourceful and creative problem solver, and an empathetic and supportive team player. I love seeing how a vision can become reality when we work together. Let\'s connect and see how we can empower each other! I am passionate about mission-driven work and I love giving back to the community. I\'m open to virtual \"tea chats\" and helping others develop their careers so please feel free to reach out!More about me:I learned basics of digital marketing at COOP, a non-profit organization/fellowship program that helps first-generation college graduates launch their careers in tech. After I completed COOP in Fall 2023, I returned in Spring 2024 as a captain to teach the next cycle of fellows. Before COOP, I graduated with my B.A. in geography and environmental studies from CSUF in 2022. During my time at CSUF, I gained experience in sustainability leadership, climate literacy education, and geospatial internet-based research (ask me about how I taught fellow students about sustainability or about my mural research and mapmaking!). I also have over 5 years of experience with community engagement and project management. Additionally, I was a preschool teacher\'s assistant for more than 10 years. I\'ve worked with a diverse community, including children, families, high schoolers, college students, city government officials, academic experts, and CEO\'s. My unique background gives me the ability to effectively connect with others and approach my work in any role with a holistic view.
