Executed planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy products and efficient management of all returnable products to the returns department.• Supervise the Warehouse Operatives, providing training, coaching and working with Management teams to identify training needs as well as potential risks in our operation while Ensuring that a high level of health and safety, compli-ance with company policy and transport legislation is adhered to at all times.• Ensure the pack is ready to run on the line by making sure all products are available in full quantity on correct location, monitor the pack to verify the products are being packed accurately and confirm at the end of the day that all products packed are being loaded to correct trailers.• Starting the pack and transferring all the operation to specified bins in SAP software at the end of the pack and report any inconsistencies found when doing the end of the day process to the line manager
