The Senior National Manager of the Field Experience Team serves a key role at Hoka, leading the team that is on the front lines interacting with the consumers and wholesale partners. The Sr. National Manager sets the tone for the team, crafts the culture, and supports each field experience team member in their day to day responsibilities and long term professional growth. In addition to leading the FET, this position is responsible for developing long term strategy and seasonal plans to support US and Global marketing goals. A critical partner in all US Marketing and Sales leaders, the Sr. National Manager ensures the field team is focused on the right initiatives and partners throughout the season.Primary Functions:Leadership: Lead, manage and motivate a large team of regional managers ad territory representatives.Strategy: Develop field team strategy and seasonal plans.Focuses: in alignment with marketing and sales leadership, develop FET wholesale, consumer, partner and product focuses.Integration: Ensure all FET plans support Global and US goals, and key initiatives are integrated in broader market tactics.
