I am a customer-driven experienced manager with 35 years of experience in MIS, ERP and CRM software sales. I have led numerous complex ERP integration projects and also managed consulting businesses. I have always known to display these two constants throughout my professional career: my leadership skills and my dedication to any client\'s success.I work as an independent consultant, coaching businesses and entrepreneurs that were looking at improving their business performance with information technologies and productivity tools.From over 10 years, I worked for Microsoft Canada as an ERP and CRM Solution Sales Professional for the Microsoft Dynamics division. Also, I worked 14 years for The Createch Group (now Talan), a leader in Supply Chain Optimization and Information Technology integration. I led the SAP practice which was responsible for reselling SAP solutions and integration services. I was also a partner in the firm and a founding member.
