I’m a servant leader with 21+ years of experience driving innovation, customer success, and operational excellence in Oracle’s ERP Financials Cloud. Currently leading the ERP Cloud Services Excellence team, I’m focused on delivering world-class support for the General Ledger and EPM products—ensuring our customers\' needs are not just met, but exceeded. My leadership philosophy centers around empowerment, mentorship, and collaboration—placing people and customers at the core of everything we do.Previously, I led foundational efforts in analytics as Group Manager, ERP Financials Development, where I architected next-generation solutions for GL reporting, predictive cash forecasting, and advanced data services using analytic views. These capabilities now power EPM Reporting tools enabling finance teams to make timely, data-driven decisions.Over the years, I’ve contributed to the evolution of Oracle’s ERP offerings—from integrating Essbase multi-dimensional analytics into the cloud, to building secure, scalable data frameworks and synchronizing OLTP and OLAP systems (earning three patents along the way). I’ve had the privilege of working with customers across the U.S, EMEA, and APAC—translating complex needs into elegant technical solutions.I’m passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and simplifying complexity for the end user. Whether mentoring engineers or collaborating across product, support, and customer teams, I strive to lead with humility, clarity, and a relentless focus on delivering value.
