STRATEGY & PLANNING:Support GRS NA Tech Global CIO in the management of a $278M operating budget, strategic investment tracking, alignment of roadmaps, preparation of ELT / peer material as well as compliance monitoring. Bring together and communicate a single strategic view of GRS NA Tech priorities and articulate value out to the team. Create an engaged / inclusive environment bringing governance, structure, and connectedness in partnership with leaders and the broader organization.PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:Responsible for a centralized team of 22 Product Owners spanning five core technology platforms providing core management dimensions: growth minded culture, objective / performance evaluations, product mindset, training, innovation, new ways of working, and operational excellence. Build effective and collaborative relationships across the organization to increase operational efficiencies and productivity. Assess current state operations, bring forth collective go-forward models, and support transition programs. Leverage organizational change management best practices providing clarity and understanding to the team focused on growing our culture and talent.
