About Micky Holmes
Over my career I\'ve been fortunate to work with incredibly talented, resourceful and caring professionals in both large and small organizations in the software industry. My career began at Texas Instruments as a software developer in Defense. In I moved into Technical Solution Sales & Support, first at Rational Software later acquired by IBM, then AccuRev, and on to Rally Software, later acquired by CA and then Broadcom. What is Technical Solution Sales & Support? I am the technical arm of Sales Teams supporting Enterprise customers using our products on their agile journey as they scale agility across their enterprise. I do this by working closely with customers to understand where they are in their journey and coach them in the use of our solutions to reach their goals of delivering customer value. Personally, I am a lake rat at Possum Kingdom Lake outside Fort Worth, Tx. I\'m good with my hands and enjoy woodworking and all the other chores required to maintain my property. I love water sports and having visitors, especially my favorites, 3 granddaughters.
