ABOUT MICHELLE POLLARD
I\'ve spent 12 years working in Trust & Safety across Google, Instawork, and consulting, building systems that protect users and keep platforms accountable. That work taught me how to design processes that are thorough, compliant, and scalable, skills that turned out to translate directly into healthcare. Now I run ClearPath Assessments, a telehealth practice providing comprehensive adult ADHD evaluations across Oregon. I built ClearPath because too many adults, especially women and people of color, fall through the cracks of a system that wasn\'t designed to catch them. Our evaluations are led by Dr. Luke Dowling, a licensed clinical psychologist with 16 years of experience. I handle everything on the operations and technology side, including building our entire clinical platform from scratch - digital assessment administration, automated scoring, and a HIPAA-compliant workflow that prioritizes accuracy over speed.I\'m also a graduate student at the University of San Francisco researching generative AI in academic integrity systems, specifically how tools like Canvas and Turnitin handle AI-generated student work.Providers: if you need a referral partner for adult ADHD evaluations, I\'d love to c••••••••@clearpathassessments.com | clearpathassessments.com
