Currently providing international payload engineering consulting support for satellite payloads, covering the entire range of consulting services from the initial generation of performance and verification requirements for inclusion in requests for information/proposal, through technical bid evaluation and down selection, through technical negotiations, through unit level and system level integration and test monitoring, to final in-orbit satellite test monitoring, commissioning of service along with spacecraft insurance assessments.\\\\n\\\\nSatellite design reviews, performance budget assessments and risk mitigation activities were key focus areas for the payload consulting work. Additional activities include participation in unit, payload and satellite test and anomaly review meetings, performing test data trending and analysis, providing the ongoing technical interface with contractors and customers, providing further assurance of satellite payload integrity and providing satellite health assessments for our insurance customer.\\\\n\\\\nAdditional Responsibilities:\\\\n\\\\nProvide consulting payload engineering support on all of Telesat’s own GEO satellites (five NIMIQ, five ANIK, five Telstar & the Canadian payload of ViaSat 1) and now Telesat\'s LEO constellation.\\\\n\\\\nProvide consulting payload engineering support on over thirty-five broadcast and fixed service satellite GEO programs including several with high-throughput, frequency reuse Ka-band multi-spot beam payloads such as ANIK F2, ViaSat-1, Turksat 4B, Thor 7, NBN Co, Visiona (SGDC), Es\'hail-2 and Nilesat-301.\\\\n\\\\nHaving NATO Secret and Canadian Controlled Goods Program security clearances, utilizes significant experience and skills dealing with restrictive technical assistance agreements under ITAR, EAR and CGP when necessary while working with all four U.S, both French and one Japanese satellite prime contractors.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
