Develops, publishes, and measures compliance of field operations guidance for six KC-46 main operating bases and the Depot support team. Coordinates with Program Management and engineering leaders on product performance and targeted improvement opportunities. Advises the business development team on the practicality of marketing efforts and identifies business opportunities to focus investment resources. Partners with base and local civic leaders on efforts to further the viability of the aircraft, the Boeing team, the Air Force Base, and surrounding communities.
