My proven project management & team building/people skills have been key to the success of numerous initiatives while in this position. I am the lead admin, managing the print, fulfillment & premium programs for Legrand North America (LNA). 2016 will include focus on development of the next generation of Product Content Management and working within a team to move the company forward into this arena.Some initiatives I\'ve been on include:Team Leader - Consolidation of print & paper purchasing vendors (all LNA companies) to one vendor for each: paper; web printing; sheet printing. In the first year we realized over in savings on a $1.5M spend. At the 2009 Consolidated Graphics Emerge Conference I was a session leader & speaker on the process used to achieve this consolidation.Website Redesign Team Member - Design & Implement a new, database driven website for Legrand (US site), along with new branding for all LNA entities and all the elements that support those brands (logos, stationery, templates, style guides, etc.). Responsible for the data required to create the Wiremold brand pages of the new site. Program used for website is Sitecore. This initiative won our team the highest award our company gives in the Pursuit of Excellence program - the Summit Award.Team Leader - Fulfillment Vendor Search, Consolidation & Transition. Researched vendors, audited inventories, developed database in new system, coordinated IT groups for Single-Sign-On & actions, arranged logistics to transport multiple trailers of materials from CT to Chicago, tested the system, developed admin rules & training modules, trained admins & launched within 6 WEEKS of starting project (with no noticeable change to the sales force end users). Currently the Senior Admin for the entire program.
