Stakeholder and Project Lead, supporting the transition of Air Ambulances nationally to the new Emergency Services Network (ESN) under the ESMCP.Working as part of the Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) supporting the assurance of the new Emergency Services Network (ESN) as being fit or purpose for the Ambulance Service across the country.Bringing my extensive knowledge and experience in Collaborative Operations and relationship management I am assuring on behalf of the Air Ambulance Community nationally that the new Air to Ground communications provision is fit for purpose. Thereafter responsible for the transition of the English & Welsh Air Ambulances to the new provision.Delivering this function by:• Strong Stakeholder and Relationship Management with a wide range of stakeholders, including Air Ambulance Charities, Government Departments and other Emergency Services Organisations with air assets.• Liaison with Aviation operators and suppliers• Application of Project Management techniques• A structured approach towards the identification, management and mitigation of risks• Close scrutiny to the financial and commercial aspects of this large scale project
