I have experience managing programs of various types, including experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) & POM preparation, emergency management, and sustainability. Additionally, I have experience in project estimating & developing bid proposals, ordering materials and equipment, creating work schedules, hiring personnel, and completing contracted work. I have worked on more than a dozen programs over the last decade in a research and development capacity.I am a passionate veterans advocate. I founded and sat as a leader of several non-profit 501c organizations and worked closely with several non-profit organizations to organize seminars, funding, and assistance for displaced and wounded veterans and their families. I also speak at retreats, seminars, and gatherings of both service members, and community leaders.
