Award Winning NCAA Head Men and Women\'s Swim Coach with over 400 career wins. 27-year track record of proven success- served as an Olympic Head Coach, qualified athletes in every event for the NCAA’s and athletes consistently earned top academic honors. At Army, I brought the teams endowment from $100k to $2.5m over the last 13 years- supplementing the annual budget by $50k per year. Grew the Army summer swim camp at West Point from 48 campers to over 500 campers per summer. I\'m known for motivating and empowering everyone associated with my programs, including those I meet in passing, to be the best they can be in every aspect of their lives. I enjoy public speaking and am a guest speaker for the College Swim Coaches Association of America. I\'m a proven leader capable of managing hiring, training, budgeting and scheduling. First aid, CPR and Red Cross safety training certified.
