ABOUT MICK CULLY

As a Partner at Build Recruitment Inc, I leverage my extensive experience and skills in new business development, recruiting, and human resources to help clients find the best talent for their needs. I have over 14 years of work experience in the recruitment industry, working with various sectors and domains, such as finance, technology, construction, and engineering. I started my career as a Recruitment Consultant at Accreate, where I gained valuable insights into the finance market and built strong relationships with clients and candidates. I then joined Hays, where I progressed from a Senior Recruitment Consultant to a Team Lead and a Senior Key Account Manager, managing multiple accounts and teams across different regions and disciplines. I also worked as a Principal Consultant at Hays, specializing in technology recruitment and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. In 2019, I became the Director at Cully Group, where I led the strategy and operations of the company, overseeing all aspects of business development, client service, and recruitment. I joined Build Recruitment Inc in 2020 as a Partner, where I continue to grow and develop the business, as well as mentor and support the staff and the candidates. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Studies specializing in Finance from Dublin City University, and I am proficient in new business development, recruiting, and human resources. I am passionate about helping people achieve their career goals and finding the right fit for their skills and aspirations.
