   Supported Major Oil and Gas Terminal Operations Support Team with various engineering queries for daily activities and long-term engineering studies. Performed activities are given below but not limited to: • Diagnosed root causes of mechanical system failures through advanced stress-modeling tools, analyzing inspection reports and on-site equipment teardowns to develop actionable repair plans • Developed permanent solutions or temporary mitigations for malfunctioning mechanical equipment (pipes, valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc.) using engineering standards (ASME/API) to maintain plant reliability • Engineered bespoke repairs and repair tools for legacy/unsupported equipment such anti-vibration supports and clamp hot-bolting tools, utilizing modeling and stress analysis tools • Lead the development and implementation of automated salesforce tools for temporary repair management, facility maintenance and repair tracking and pressure safety valves recertification, greatly reducing administrative workload. • Coordinated and led minor projects such as large pipework replacement, new line installations, and system upgrades, to improve equipment capabilities and efficiency • Worked with and supervised contractors in an offshore field during maintenance, inspection, and repair activities, to ensure safety and adherence to company procedures
