I have 40 plus years working in or associated to the recruitment transport, warehousing and distribution sector, 30 years as a recruitment professional. I have a strong recruitment logistics background and a passion for working within this sector. I am an Operations Manager with a depth of experience in implementation of new and large scale projects, managing and supporting teams to deliver an outstanding service to customers. I am a qualified trainer with a large experience of delivery recruitment knowledge training and Driver CPC. I have worked in a variety of logistics companies in my career, working on the shop floor, in compliance, operations, and account management. I have an International TMCPC and maintain knowledge of the market place and the legislation through training, media and associations with all the major logistics and recruitment trade bodies.
