I Currently serve as the SVP of Corporate Development for Bilateral Energy. We are vertically integrating the upstream oil and gas sector with large scale power generation for data center demand throughout the USA. Former CEO of Vista Pipe & Supply, LLC in Houston, TX. Vista Pipe & Supply is still a North American leader in the distribution of OCTG, poly pipe and line pipe for the oil, gas and water markets. Prior to founding Vista Pipe, BigTuna Pipe I was President of F-1 Firearms from May 2015 to May 2017. We were an OEM of semi automatic weapon systems, including upper and lower receiver sets, handguards, bolt carrier groups, barrels and various other components. The company utilizes only the finest in materials and machining to produce and sell precision made reliable products that carried a 100% product warranty. Before my time at F-1 Firearms, I served as a Sales Representative for Pyramid Tubular Products in Houston, TX (Feb 2010 - April 2015). My main duties were to build and manage account relationships with both independent and major oil and gas companies throughout the U.S. We specialized in the distribution and management of down hole oil country tubular goods (OCTG). Our OCTG products included both API and Premium connections, ERW and Seamless options, and we also represented both domestic and imported manufacturers. I have an MBA from Texas A&M\'s Mays Professional MBA Program and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Arkansas\' Walton College of Business. Prior, I was part of National Oilwell Varco\'s Next Generation Management Training Program. Specifically I gained valuable skills spending time within the distribution accounting, business solutions, and mergers and acquisitions groups of the company.
