Manage projects to ensure budget, materials, subcontractors and crews are on target and profitable. • Supervise the preparation of and negotiate accurate, competitive, and profitable change order proposals. • Schedule and coordinate electrical construction activities based on reviewing and evaluating available documents. • Continuous evaluation of plans, revisions, as-builts, specifications, equipment performance and needs, personnel needs, quality control and job safety. • Maintain close contact and good relations with general contractors, A/E, inspectors, and owners. • Closely monitors the accurate execution of take offs, installation per NEC and local ordinances, purchase orders, releases, change orders, requests for information, submittals, back charges, daily reports and permitting. • Creates project budget from end sheets provided by estimating. • Completes monthly and maintains weekly project cost to completes, labor reports, unit reports and cost estimate logs. • Maintain financial aspects of all assigned projects.
