About Mick Galvin

Mick Galvin currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at LCPtracker and Vice President, General Counsel at Elecate. He joined LCPtracker initially as a board member before stepping into the legal leadership role.Previously, Mick was General Counsel of VER Technologies, appointed following its acquisition by L Catterton. He played a key role in guiding VER through its Delaware restructuring and subsequent merger with PRG, creating the world’s leading provider of services and solutions for entertainment and live events.Before VER, Mick was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Unipharm, where he oversaw the successful sale of its primary assets to Takeda, facilitated by Houlihan Lokey.Mick began his legal career over 30 years ago as a solicitor with McCann FitzGerald in Ireland and London. He later joined Allen & Overy in London and became a UK-admitted solicitor. In he moved to the U.S. to join Sidley Austin in California, where he was admitted to practice as a US attorney. For the last fifteen years Mick has practiced as a General Counsel.Outside of work, Mick is a proud father of two daughters and husband to an amazing wife. Together, they enjoy life in Los Angeles.
