With more than 30 years of experience in the biopharma industry, I have developed core competencies in production management, biopharma leadership, capital project execution and change management.I have successfully managed the site start-up of two state-of-the-art biologics facilities in Ireland.I have also delivered significant results in improving the efficiency, quality, and compliance of the manufacturing processes, as well as in ensuring the safety, development, and engagement of the manufacturing team.
