ABOUT MICK DIXON
After being an engineer / surveyor for 20 years I decided to try something very different and moved on to making Smokehouse BBQ. Formed Longhorns BBQ Smokehouse in 2013 and grew it out far beyond i ever intended, 10 locations in 2 years. I\'ve left that to the professionals to see where they can take it and im now back to doing what i do best, survey anyone?
