Provide support by proactively managing and helping create opportunities for sales from our current key accounts, new and developing accounts and the retail market. Responsible for managing sales and customer relations, encompassing the first moment that someone hears of Wrightbus all the way through to the delivery of the product. Responsible for providing customer focussed advice and support in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Main point of contact for customers, handling daily queries and escalating to Sales Director where necessary. Work closely with the Sales Director on, identifying appropriate tenders, delivering sales to target, enhancing the customer experience, and developing market intelligence. Build solid business partnerships across the organisation, so that Wrightbus provides a first-class product to the customer.Contribute to the development and delivery of the sales strategy, implementing appropriate initiatives to ensure delivery of strategy. Public face of the organisation, representing it at conferences and at events leading the business through product launch and onwards. Support the design and implementation of first-class products into the marketplace, by feeding back clearly the customers wants, expectations and demands. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Establish and maintain personal strong, long lasting customer relationships.
