Leadership of the Peterborough site engineering, projects, maintenance & site services teams. Effective management of the predictive, preventative, proactive, reactive and project engineering processes and workstreams. Financial control and accountability for the sites engineering, maintenance, site services and CAPEX budgets. Identify and build the business case for future advances and improvements in technical capabilities and champion the development of appropriate engineering technical Skills. Leading the departments and working as a key member of the Site Operations Teams of Riley House site, the role is primarily to ensure the engineering teams, processes and functions support high performing and highly automated production facilities. The principal functions within the engineering teams are: Day to day (24x7) operational support delivered in a manner that minimises downtime, availability and performance losses. A Planned Preventative Maintenance program doing the right things at the right time to maximise operational up-time and optimise the overall maintenance function and cost. Management of the site CAPEX program, both strategic and investment CAPEX projects & their associated budgets, including the installation of a new £1.5m 1.8 gigawatt Solar PV system.
