Implemented end to end product lifecycle management using Agile Methodology and SAFe Agile Framework with onshore/offshore Scrum teams. Managed the UX team that developed personas/customer journey maps to provide a better user experience in web and mobile applications. Sponsored a Community of Practice for the UX team to bring several business unit UX teams together and develop best practices and processes for UX design.Developed and deployed Enterprise Mobility apps to increase productivity and efficiency of the business units. Translated business requirements from engineering, Connected Aviation Solutions, Collins University and Sales. Developed and deployed mobile apps that included airline pilot electronic flight folder, time entry/approval, conference events, learning path, repairable parts, and Innovation Gaming. Managed the product team for a $1B eCommerce B2B portal developing new features for seven business units. Increased portal performance significantly by refactoring the application and improved the NPS score over 80 points. Built and deployed a Foundational Data Platform to production to centralize data across business units eliminating costs for hardware and software and eliminating the need of an outside vendor maintaining an on-prem database thereby saving $3M per year. Established and tracked quarterly KPIs and OKRs.
