ABOUT MICHO SPRING

Experienced reputation strategist, senior crisis counselor, corporate board member, business and civic leader, former Deputy Mayor of Boston and Past Chair of the Boston Chamber of Commerce. As Senior Adviser to Weber Shandwick, Chair of Weber Shandwick\'s Global Corporate Practice and most recently its Chief Reputation Officer, Micho has counseled clients across industries on a wide range of reputation issues, including CEO succession, litigation and regulatory matters, cultural transformation, ESG and numerous societal issues. Beyond that, Micho brings extensive experience as a senior executive in both the public and the private sectors, including six years as CEO of Boston Telecommunications Company, and four years as Deputy Mayor. She also served as Chief of Staff to Mayor Kevin H. White after four years of service in New York City Government. Skilled in Crisis Communications, Public Affairs, Issues Management, Corporate Communications and Reputation Management. Strong record serving on both Corporate and non-profit Boards and leading as Chair. Strong business development professional graduated from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and attended Columbia and Georgetown Universities.
