Responsible for driving cross-organizational work on Capital Link’s strategic priorities while growing and strengthening a culture of operational excellence, accountability and innovation. A member the Executive Leadership team, I oversee teams responsible for Finance, Data and Information Systems, Federal Contracts (HRSA) and Compliance, Operations and Human Resources. I work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Capital Fund, the Chief Consulting Officer and the Chief Development Officer to ensure that Capital Link has the strategy, systems and resources to deliver on its mission. I provide quality control through peer review and evaluation of the accuracy and efficacy of reports produced for clients.
