ABOUT MICHEL RHÉAUME
I am President of Rhéaume Group, where I lead the group’s strategy, capital allocation, and business development initiatives.Trained as a lawyer and operating as an entrepreneur, I combine legal and tax expertise with a hands-on approach to investment, real estate, and cross-border projects. My experience spans complex transactional matters as well as the structuring and execution of entrepreneurial ventures.Prior to assuming leadership of the family group, I practiced at a national law firm and at an international accounting firm, developing a strong understanding of the regulatory, fiscal, and cross-border dynamics that shape business growth.I am a member of the Québec Bar and hold an MBA from the University of Oxford (St Edmund Hall), a Master’s degree in Tax Law from HEC Montréal, and a Civil Law degree from the University of Ottawa, awarded Summa Cum Laude. I am also a member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF) and the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF).
