The Historic Billings Depot and its property along Montana Avenue have experienced a major revitalization in the last years and the Depot now sits on a great foundation of well-maintained property, established tenants, successful fundraising events such as the recent sell-out favorite Christmas event “The Polar Express”, and a burgeoning national reputation as one of the top event venues in the region. The Depot derives its financial stability from a combination of strong management of the special-events venue, along with fundraising, grant writing, and property management including multiple unique tenants with leases. As Executive Director, it is my responsibility to oversee all of these areas to ensure the ongoing success of the Depot for the benefit of our community.
