I specialise in coaching and mentoring Autistic/AuDHD adults, helping people to unlock their potential and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. After nearly three decades as a marketing director, strategist, and consultant for global leaders in the media and culture sector, I founded InFutures—a coaching practice dedicated to empowering neurodiverse adults and supporting those who employ and work alongside them. In addition to my coaching work, I collaborate with employers to foster inclusive workplaces that empower Autistic employees to thrive. By providing tailored guidance and practical strategies, I help organisations understand neurodiversity and create environments where diverse talents can flourish.
