   Integrate AI systems such as LUIS (Azure HealthBot) and NLU (Natural Language Understanding) in ServiceNow- Design architectural and technical Visio flowcharts for the HealthBot and Virtual Agent for Software Architects to review and approve- Built a password reset tool (ARC) for employees, which resulted in 25% less calls going to the ServiceDesk- Established an ARC Metrics dashboard in the Azure 2.0 portal to display the amount of usage and other pertinent information to assist stakeholders- Facilitate testing of all products that are released by the team to ensure customer input drives changes that are necessary to improve the overall experience- Learned how to build out YAML pipelines in Azure 2.0, which allows us to push ARC into production- Assist and train team members in creating tasks and PBIs within Azure DevOps- Work with Cyber Security to get accreditations for new projects that are released into production- Collaborate with other departments such as Okta and the ECP/Cloud Foundations teams to assist with requirements for current projects- Communicate projects’ release content to business partners, IT leadership, and all users within Premera- Applied Agile methodology when setting up ADO for my team to ensure alignment on our roadmap with other departments.
