I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of experience in mental health counseling and a former Junior Olympic gold medalist in Tae Kwon Do. I am the Private Practice Director/Owner of Counseling for Peace of Mind, a practice that specializes in helping adolescents and adults overcome various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and sports performance related issues.I hold several credentials that reflect my expertise and commitment to the field, such as Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider (BC-TMH), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have been trained in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, and I use evidence-based and family-centered approaches in my therapy sessions. I also conduct psycho-educational workshops, provide crisis intervention, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for my clients. My mission is to help people become the best versions of themselves and achieve their goals.
